During the complimentary financial consultation with our financial counselor. Together you will review treatment programs tailored to you; payment plans that fit your financial needs; discounts options if you qualify
and insurance coverage etc. Many insurance companies will help pay for diagnostic fertility testing/procedures and laboratory work up. Financing is also available. We have two financing companies that our office works with,

Guideline Costs

Initial Consult: During the initial consult, a comprehensive history will be taken, focusing on fertility. A transvaginal ultrasound will also be done to evaluate the uterus and ovaries on most patients. Many insurance companies pay for the initial consultation. Generally, the cost of a new patient appointment is approximately $400. Additional fees would apply if lab work or semen analysis is done. The cost of a new patient phone consult is approximately $400. Typically, insurance companies do cover phone consultations.
Follow-up Consultations: Follow-up consultations or return visit consultations typically cost $150-$250. Some insurance companies will pay for this visit. Follow-up consultations following an unsuccessful invitro fertilization cycle (IVF) or frozen embryo transfer cycle (FET) are free of charge.
