Dr. Giritharan is a highly accomplished IVF Laboratory Director with over 15 years of expertise in advanced assisted reproductive technologies. He is widely recognized for his precision in micromanipulation techniques, including ICSI and embryo biopsy, and has played a pivotal role in thousands of successful IVF cycles. His technical strengths span gamete handling, embryo culture, and the vitrification of oocytes and embryos.

Beyond clinical excellence, Dr. Giritharan brings a strategic vision to laboratory operations. His expertise includes IVF lab design, workflow optimization, staff training, and the implementation of comprehensive quality management systems. Dr. Giritharan earned his bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, and went on to receive MSc and PhD degrees in Reproductive Physiology from the University of British Columbia, Canada. He further advanced his expertise with postdoctoral training in reproductive biology at the Center for Reproductive Sciences, University of California San Francisco.
